English version, loose leaf on white onion skin.  This appears to be a carbon copy made with blue carbon paper.  SHS handwritten notes throughout, plus extra sheet of handwritten notes on lined, paper, titled “Prologue.” (SS not certain this page is written by SHS) Cover reads:

Penultimate page 51 bears SHS writing at bottom left:

1 page of white onion skin, handwritten, incomplete, which begins
“A. Prologue”, plus
1 page with drawing of what appears to be corner of N St /29th St with address 2823 N St, and notation “Ad 2030 or 2031” (unclear)

All of above items in folder inside official legal-sized manilla envelope marked “WAR DEPARTMENT Offical Business” in upper left, and “Penalty for private use..(torn) Payment for postage..(torn)[PMGC]” with typed address reading simply:
“Capt. Fisher”
